As a prospective tenant, you want to know what kind of service you can expect when you lease from Edenbridge, Inc. We pride ourselves on our tenant service, and consistently strive to make things easier for you.
We need the following in order to process an application:
$35 application fee for each adult
An agreed upon holding deposit equal to one month’s rent in form of cashier’s check or money order
Fully completed, signed Application by all Adults
Our application process may take 24-48 hours. If your application is denied, you will receive your deposit back, however if you are approved and you fail to enter into a lease agreement, your deposit will be forfeited for the benefit of the owner.
All maintenance requests need to be submitted by our web portal before any work can be completed. For fastest service, please submit a maintenance request form. Our service providers will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.
All rent payments need to arrive by the due date in your lease to avoid paying late fees. Please refer to your lease agreement for details. Rent payments may be processed either by mail or online at our secure payment portal.
